Ms. Reynoldson represents owners, developers, contractors, lenders, borrowers,
landlords, tenants and other real estate professionals and individuals with
all phases of real estate development including acquisition, disposition,
construction contracting, leasing, lending and all related documentation
relating to all types of real property. Ms. Reynoldson advises clients on
all aspects of real estate transactions, large-scale residential and commercial
development, commercial leasing, retail and shopping center development and
leasing, mixed-use, resort and condominium development, affordable housing
development and low-income tax credit financing, acquiring and selling water
rights, and title and due diligence work . |
| Ms. Reynoldson
routinely prepares all governing documents for subdivisions
and condominiums projects including restrictive covenants,
easements, parking and use agreements, design guidelines
and other project documents, and offers legal advice to owners
associations once the associations have been turned over
by the developer. The firm also
assists clients with financing, debt restructuring and loan
work-outs, including representing clients in foreclosure
actions and negotiating alternatives to foreclosures or bankruptcy. |
