Land Use:
Ms. Reynoldson has extensive experience assisting clients navigate the land use
and entitlements processes.She routinely assists clients with issues relating
to annexation, zoning, conditional use permits, planned developments, planned
communities, subdivisions, comprehensive plan amendments, variances,
special exceptions, development agreements, traffic access, impact fees
and building code compliance in cities and counties throughout the
State of Idaho. Ms. Reynoldson is skilled at drafting land use
ordinances and is comfortable representing her clients’ interests in
front of local and state governments and agencies. Ms. Reynoldson enjoys collegial
and respectful relationships with many elected officials, staff and consultants
across the State of Idaho.
